Amber Rutty got on the wrong side of the law after her sex tape went viral and everybody in her country of Tanzania and everywhere else got to watch it.
Apparently, she loves to do the naughty stuff without any fear of anything whatsoever. The video that saw her getting fucked in the ass landed her in trouble with the Tanzanian government.
According to the Tanzanian constitution, “Any person who– has carnal knowledge of any person against the order of nature; or permits a male person to have carnal knowledge of him or her against the order of nature, commits an offense and is liable to imprisonment for life and in any case to imprisonment for a term of not less than thirty years.”
When the video leaked, it caused an uproar with Tanzanians calling upon the government to take action against her. She soon after issued an apology saying, “I would like to apologize for what happened. I have no words, just ask for forgiveness for my sake. I am only human and we all have our shortcomings. I slipped and I pray for you to understand me.”
The socialite and her co-accused were convicted at the Kisutu Resident Magistrate’s Court after being found guilty of five offenses over a video where she filmed having anal sex with two men.
Amber Rutty and her hubby popularly known as James Delicious were convicted on September 25 to five years in jail after failing to pay a fine of USD 4716.98 (Tsh11 million).
