Self-proclaimed Africa’s biggest pornstar Xoli Mfeka is being sued by her friend-turned-foe Wandi Ndlovu over a porn video they starred together.
In her affidavit, Wandi claims that Xoli released the video without her permission even after she warned her not to.
“We place on record that on or about September 2022 our client requested that the video not be published following the breakdown of your friendship with our client,” Wandi’s affidavit reads in part.
Wandi through her lawyers indicated that the published video had garnered over 950,000 views and as such demanded compensation.
“We are instructed on or about December 2022, you proceeded to publish the video without our client’s knowledge and consent. Be that as it may, the published video has now reached over nine hundred and fifty thousand viewers and you have failed, refused and/or neglected to compensate our client for the work done,” the lawyers said.
Wandi demands that Xolisile Mfeka should pay her R200,000/$10,766 within 10 days failure to which she will file a suit against her in a court of law.
“In light of the aforesaid, we are instructed to demand, as we hereby do:
That you compensate our client the amount of R200,000 within 10 days of receipt of this letter, failing which our client shall have no alternative but to immediately institute legal proceedings against you without further notice,” the lawyers said.
Wandi’s defense team further demanded that Xoli should furnish their client with the the full video that was published.
The lawyers however also stated that their client was open to out-of-court settlement to resolve the issue amicably.
“In conjunction with the two stated demands, our client is amicable in resolving this matter between yourselves. Kindly advise on your availability to convene a without prejudice round table discussion.”
