As they prepared for their first hospital visit ahead of Rocky’s birth, Kourtney, 45, reflected in a confessional.

Once settled in their hospital room, Kourtney, only 1-2 cm dilated, experienced contractions and some bleeding. Despite staying overnight, she did not progress beyond 3 cm dilation.
Facing the decision whether to stay or return home, Kourtney FaceTimed her sister Khloé Kardashian for advice, ultimately opting to go home.
“We went home, ate at Crossroads, showered, slept in our bed, and then we had sex to try and move things along,” Kourtney revealed in a confessional, noting the potential benefits of fucking during pregnancy.
The couple returned to the hospital the following day, where they finally welcomed their baby boy.
